Rhonda
In 1979, I decided to return to college for a second degree. I was a 31 year old mother of 2. The money I had saved while working for the previous 8 years helped me to finance this venture. My budget was quite small. Planned Parenthood was the only affordable option for my gynecological and birth control needs. I could barely afford PP but knew I could not get pregnant if I intended to complete my pharmacy degree.
The staff at PP served with dignity and compassion.
I graduated in 1984 and could not have done it without Planned Parenthood. Over the years I have given financial support to Planned Parenthood as a way to say thank you. I am forever indebted to PP!
